Eligibility & Permissible Purpose Our services are available only to users who have a permissible purpose as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and other applicable laws. By using our services, you certify that: - You have a lawful, permissible purpose for the information requested - You will use information only for the stated purpose - You will not use information for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose - You are authorized to access the information on behalf of your organization ## 4\.
